Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, using newsgroups and job sites.
Determines candidates qualifications by interview, analyze responses, verifying references.
          Training & Development:
Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis and regular consultation with departmental managers.
Design and expand training and development program based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
